This weekend marks a special moment for one of Evansville’s most beloved and iconic businesses. Zeidler’s Flowers, a floral staple in the Tri-State area for over a century, is proudly celebrating its 125th anniversary. Since 1900, Zeidler’s has been helping the community mark life’s most meaningful moments with beautiful blooms, and now, we’re inviting everyone to join in the celebration.

The 125th Anniversary Extravaganza will take place this Saturday, October 4, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at their 2011 N. Fulton Avenue location. The event promises fun for the whole family, including food trucks, inflatables, local artists selling their work, exciting prize giveaways, and a spectacular plant and container sale. Special guests include Evansville Mayor Stephanie Terry, who will present a Mayoral Proclamation in honor of Zeidler’s legacy and continued service.

Adding even more heart to the celebration, local nonprofit It Takes A Village will be on site with adorable adoptable pets looking for their forever homes.
