Harvest Florals for the Host

Are you traveling over hill and dale this Thanksgiving, or staying put? If it’s the former, you’re not alone. 50 million Americans went 50 miles or more last year to break bread with their friends and family. If it’s “To Grandmother’s house we go” for you and yours, you may want to consider one of our oldest gifting traditions: the host gift.

It’s a lovely custom to offer a host a gift for their efforts, especially when those efforts produce a Thanksgiving feast. If you’ve lucked out of hosting duty this year, thank your lucky stars. But we at Zeidler’s Flowers think you’re also going to want to show your gratitude to your hosts. With flowers.

The day before or just after Thanksgiving, have a floral gift delivered. This way, your host isn’t trying to find a spot to display your gorgeous gift in the middle of the dinner crush. They’ll also have a minute to enjoy your blooms. We like our Harvest Beauty for a Thanksgiving host gift. Why? Just look at it.

The glorious fall colors, the seasonal addition of kale, the popping sunflower in the middle . . . This is a design that brings warmth and cheer into the home. It also blends right in with the host’s existing seasonal decor, we’re guessing. Though your host likely already has his or her table full with food and other decor, this will be an easy fit into the home and can be enjoyed well beyond dinner.

Talk about your Turkey Day with us at Zeidler’s Flowers, and we’ll help you pick out the perfect piece for your holiday host.
